Jasper’s and the Woodlands community have celebrated anniversaries, wedding receptions, charity fund raisers, business meetings, prom dinners and dates nights for over 15 years.

Our scratch kitchen lead by Chef Ruben Campos uses the freshest local ingredients and spices to create a taste profile seldom achieved by others. Get ready for big, bold flavors when you dine at Jasper’s— where every dish relies on exceptional ingredients to create familiar, comforting flavors.

Our cocktails are crafted with in house infused spirits and you’ll be sure to find something enjoy on our eclectic wine list.

Here at Jasper’s, we also pride ourselves on our community giveback within The Woodlands community. We’ve supported nurses and doctors on the frontlines, we’ve donated lunches to The Texas Children’s Hospital, supported the Ronald McDonald House, the JDRF, and more! We help where we can, in any way that we can.

Meet Chef Ruben Campos

Growing up in Katy, Texas, Campos is a native Houstonian and learned the restaurant business from the ground up. He started waiting tables at 18 years old and soon discovered that he loved the back of the house, much more than the front of the house.

Campos’s professional credentials include being the chef for Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Zea Woodfire Grill and Rathbun’s Blue Plate Kitchen in Dallas. 

Campos is a family man who enjoys spending time with this wife and 6 children.
